How You Can Help

The Heritage Discovery Center is a non-profit organization.  In order to continue our preservation and education programs We Need You.  Please consider any of the following ways in which you can get involved:

Becoming a sponsor allows you to a have personal connection with the horse you are helping.  With this contribution you will receive a certificate and photo of the horse(s), of your choice and you will be directly providing the feed and care required for one year for each horse.  You will be placed on our mailing list and notified of all activities for the calendar year.

Sponsorship can be made by monthly contributions or annual pledges.

A sponsor is anyone who donates $200 or more in any calendar year.

A patron has a interest in ensuring the continuation and expansion of the Heritage Discovery Center.  As a patron, you will be invited to all Heritage Discovery Center activities.  An engraved plaque dedicated to you will be  displayed at our center in appreciation.  Your donation may be made as a gift, or in the honor of a loved one.

Gifts & Bequests

While sponsorships and donations provide a primary source of funds needed to support our many programs and activities, the Heritage Discovery Center encourages gifts and bequests from all Americans who believe in the importance of preserving our heritage and history.  Gifts to the Heritage Discovery Center make possible the continuing efforts to educate people of the importance of conservation and preservation of our “colonial period” and the equine partner who brought us here.

All contributions made to the Heritage Discovery Center are tax deductible, as provided by law.  Friends interested in discussing gifts to Heritage Discovery Center are encouraged to contact us.
